Take some coloured pencils or coloured pens (or both) and a blank sheet of paper. Close your eyes.
Now take a couple of slow, deep breaths to clear your mind, and doodle all over the sheet of paper.
We're not aiming for prettiness here, or art. Just doodle: make whatever marks you feel like making.
After a couple of minutes of doodling, write 200 words, beginning with: "At this moment, I am feeling_________"
