Project Gutenberg's long been my favorite site.

I reread Anthony Trollope's Palliser novels every year. (What can I say, I'm a Trollope fan.) Although I have them in hardcover, I've downloaded them from PG onto my iPad. It makes for much easier reading.

Explore the site. It's a treasure trove for readers -- and writers.

You can read (or reread) all the classics.

I've been inspired to reread Anna Karenina by the movie -- it's a wonderful novel, and it's free at PG.
