The two questions I'm asked most often are: "Do I have talent?" and "How do I organise my writing?".
"Do I have talent?" is never asked directly --- people tend to hint around it. I'm always happy to tell them that they have talent in bucket-loads. All you need to write is the willingness to do it, your emotions, and your life experience.
Basically, if you can talk, or communicate in any way, you can write. What you need to develop is craft, and that comes with practise. So write! :-)
The second question: "How do I organise my writing?" is easy to answer. Organisation comes naturally, because it's human nature to label things and to arrange them in patterns. You will see how to organise your work once it's done. In the meantime, keep writing, and let your work grow organically.
If you can't yet see a pattern, it means you haven't finished. :-)
